Opinions and experiences of visitors with Yorkshire Sun Society

We are also curious about your experiences with Yorkshire Sun Society. Please let us know!
As has already been pointed out, there is no record of Yorkshire Sun Society (YSS) being visited by a Neil Tulley. In his “review” he does not clarify what it was that he said that was “wrong”.

If he did actually visit it must have been by using a different name. It’s very likely that by his comments and/or conduct those members present were left with an impression that the real reason or motivation for his visit was a sexual agenda. Sadly, this happens from time to time – and when it does it’s usually a lone male visitor. This is the usual reason the club declines further visits. We definitely had such an instance recently, though not under the name Neil Tulley.

YSS is proud of the fact that it allows lone males to visit (many clubs don’t) and that it has several lone/single male and female members. But the membership as a whole are adamant they will not tolerate the presence of anyone who thinks YSS is a sex club. We welcome genuine naturists, not masquerades.

Review readers can rest assured that YSS are grateful that Neil Tulley (to use his pseudonym and his own words) will not be “bothering to visit again and will be going elsewhere”.

It’s interesting Neil Tulley wrote a review of Yorkshire Sun Society when there is no record of him very airing the club. !!

They are very clicky and if you say anything wrong they all know about it and blank you until you give up going. Not friendly at all, I wouldn’t bother, try elsewhere

This place is amazing
Been naked feels great
I had so much fun playing naked volley ball in the pool
I love water and I can definitely swim faster without my baggy swim shorts
Yes will come back when restrictions are lifted
The people are laid back and friendly and would like to see more younger people there so come on you 30s and 40s come and play me at naked volleyball and I can beat you too lol

Nice quiet site, but felt like we were the ‘eye candy’ for the members to stare at.... this made us slightly uncomfortable. We are in our 30’s and I would guess the average age of members is 70’s.
Great place to visit if you like to socialise with your gran.

What a great place to unwind and chill out. All the members made me very welcome and even invited me to have a group meal with all the other members. (what a welcome) I found all the facilities and camp site very clean .
£2 for a paint of black sheep was the icing on the cake.
Hope to see you all again soon.

New to naturism, Been a member since August 2017 and loved everything minute of the time I've spent there. Members really make you welcome and cant do enough to help. Large 26 acre grounds with plenty of wildlife roaming around. Facilities includes pool, saunà, Jacuzzi, volyba?l court, minìten court an? boules. Plenty of areas to sunbathe and numerous secluded walkways around the whole site.

I was a member between 1982 & 1996. Loved the place & the people too. Lots of happy memories of many happy times in the pool, in the pavilion, sunbathing in various locations and just socialising with people from all walks of life. We were relaxed, friendly & naked naturally.
To anyone who remembers me "Hi, thanks for everything. E-mail me if you want to."

Such friendly people! This was my first visit. I am fairly new to naturism but the atmosphere at this club was excellent - totally inclusive I felt right at home from the start. I even took part in the boules competition. It is a large site and I camped close to the clubhouse. The club facilities are great especially the bar and sports facilities.
