Checked the tide as warned. 10-12 visitors at 4pm on an start of September week day.Nice walk on coast path and turned to the beach. A very large and sandy leading to a gentle sea with small waves.
Sat on pebbles backing the beach to picnic and sunbath....

A huge and long expanse of beach. The water was quiet and blue with minimal waves and a sandy bottom.Visited by a large number especially at weekends however the is still plenty of space. Visited on several occasions while at the local camping, it's advisable to take an umbrella with the Summer heat.
One fine day the afternoon was cut short with the arrival of the mistral. Some models being disrupted from their shoot.
A very good experience.

A long beach which has both sandy and stoney areas, south facing. A trek to visit but rewarding.Well worth the effort as only saw a hand full of visitors all day. Plenty of space available. The sea was calm as was the atmosphere.
Studland Summer Camp

Visited in early August and a found a great camp site. Lots of space as camping used to be. Greeted and felt welcomed. As it was hot I took a Zest dinghy out from Studland beach.
Walked on the Purbek way which was essentially deserted, very warm and ideal for a naked walk. The Studland heath area was in full heather flower which was a sight.

Amazing afternoon spent on the beach. Clear waters and nice sand with no currents.Very few passing on the cliff path and only one couple arrived due to access being a moderate challenge. Easier route from the left hand edge of the beach.
The great to be in the nuddy and would visit again.
