As this was our first visit to a naturist site we were a bit apprehensive of what to expect but as soon as we entered the site we were greeted by Mike who was warm and friendly and put us at ease, there was no pressure from the start to get naked as Mike stated take it at your own pace and you haven’t got anything we all haven’t see before, as for the members they were all friendly and welcoming and they also made us feel at ease so much so that within an hour we were both sitting outside our caravan naked and it felt natural, the site is spotless the shower and toilet facilities were immaculate and the same goes for the swimming pool, all we can say is a big thank you to Mike and all the members for making our first naturist experience so easy, will we return to this site most definitely we will see you all in July

My wife and I have just arrived home after staying at Woodpeckers in Wales campsite . We stayed in the club's static caravan which will be available for hire this year on their website. The static caravan was very well equipped with more than everything that you would need for a holiday. The caravan was very comfortable, very spacious with plenty of storage space which made it a very relaxing holiday. The bed was exceptionally comfortable for a good nights sleep which was wonderful. The static caravan was well presented throughout with a home from home feeling. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, bowls etc. everything that you would need . The shower and toilet area was excellent with storage cabinet. The lounge and dining area was comfortable throughout with plenty of storage and seating. The site and the facilities are well presented and maintained by it's hard working members and keep everything in good condition. Our stay has been an absolute pleasure, the static caravan was perfect, the site is wonderful and the members make it all special. Well done and thank you everyone for our wonderful break.

We have just come back from a fantastic holiday at Woodpeckers, everyone we met was so friendly and the site was lovely, great facilities and spotlessly clean. It’s an absolute must if you like bird watching and actually saw a green and greater spotted woodpecker. Thanks to Mike and all his team of members for making us feel so welcome, we loved our time at Woodpeckers.

This is the best naturist site I have been to in Wales and further a field. Very well kept, really private. Lovely indoor pool, nice clubhouse and shower block. The people are very friendly and really make you welcome. Hook up points available.

As a first time to the site I found the welcome as it should be from Mike and his wife, tea and cake! Very good site and well organised. No pool due to the ravages of winter and the need to put in poolside showers(a must). The temperature was going up and they expected the pool to open by the Spring Bank Holiday weekend. The facilities were all good and very clean and the use of the kitchen saved me washing up in my campervan. A big thank you to all who made my visit.

My husband and I spend two weeks here in May in our caravan, instead of the one we were planning first. But it is such a nice club, with friendly clubmembers, and its relaxed atmosphere that we did not want to leave. If you look on their website and scroll down to the last picture you can see that is is a small but cosy club. The facilities are very good, ( covered swimming pool, new sanitairy block, washing machine, use of kitchen, free WI-FI etc.) the location is quiet, and yet near shops and public transport.
We will try to return next year, all the way from The Netherlands. We regret that it is so far away for us.
