Information
HSC is a small family club at Headley Down, Hants. not far from the Surrey and Sussex borders. It is set among some of the most beautiful scenery in southern England. There are plenty of opportunities for excursions, near and more distant.
We were described in British Naturism as “Quietly successful in rustic charm seemingly a million miles from civilisation and in a beautiful sun trap on a south facing hill slope in a pine setting. Not a car or industrial sound disturbs our sun bathing”. Yet we are only a few minutes from the A3 and the Devil’s Punch Bowl in Hindhead. Idyllic is the word that comes to mind when you visit us at Haslemere Sun Club.
Time passes us by and leaves us to contemplate the next swim or game of pétanque. We claim to have one of the best kept and cleanest outdoor heated swimming pools in the movement. A view that is always reinforced by our members when they visit other sites. Life revolves around our 6m by 18m pool, which is maintained near a steady 80F throughout the height of summer. There is also a kiddies’ pool (when required) and a children’s climbing frame and swings.
The club is open to members all year round, and for visitors during the summer months from April through to September (or when the weather allows) by prior arrangement.

The peace and quiet and large outdoor swimming pool are the biggest draws of the club, although we cannot cater for campers (unless it is during an open weekend or social -by prior arrangement), we welcome day visitors at the weekend by prior arrangement. All you need to do is book your visit through our website.
The club is located at the top of a steep hill, so if you do have mobility issues this could pose a problem for you. Even the fittest of us, are out of breath by the time we get to the top, but it's worth it!
Mrs Sylvia Tolcher, it would be great if you got in touch with us, as would be interested to hear what the club was like 50 years ago, and if there are any old pictures of the pool etc you could share with us? Please email mail@sunnyacres.co.uk
