plus points - enormous area for walking, with lots of different plants & butterflies. Wide views to Mont Ventoux from large clean swimming pool. Minus points - walking not well marked or maintained. Toilet facilities old-fashioned, cramped & run-down, no hot water some days. Poor & unwelcoming restaurant. Off-hand reception staff, staff not often around at all.

As someone who is not a naturalist we were allowed to camp here one night. We didn't use the pool, bar or restaurant but the toilet and shower facilities are very good. We were looking for a quiet shady site as it was very hot and sticky, this site gave us everything we wanted.

Arrived early July 2014 with large tent. Very pleasant pitch, spacious and shaded. Sanitaires were well maintained and the surroundings are magnificent.
The pool was unheated - I swam once during our stay there - and during our 10 day stay we believe that the cleaning machine was not used even once. There were leaves and insects in the pool. The reception was unattended for long periods during the day and the reception area resembled a farm yard because of the heavy machinery that was stored there. There were no organised activities (except for music and dancing on 14July), a bar that served only beer and wine and a very badly stocked shop. No WIFI. We did enjoy the beautiful walks although they need to be more clearly marked. We will not return to Lambeyran!

Excellent site, stayed there in 2013. The grounds are superb and vast. Agree with all the positives mentioned above. Only one con and that is that WiFi is expensive and slow, but then you are way out in the rural setting.

This will be our 40th year of naturist camping, and we just wish we had found Domaine de Lambeyran before ! Wonderful site, large spotlessly clean pool with fabulous view over the valley, grassy emplacement with another fantastic view (even of Mont Ventoux in the far distance). Sanitary blocks modern and good. Reception and all staff very welcoming - bread delivery promptly each morning. All excellent, and that's before mentioning the VAST area of countryside with marked tracks (over 30km) for naturist walking. We loved it, and will be back.

Looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. We are now regulars for the past 5 years, staying 3-5 weeks in Summer. The site is enormous; it covers the valley including the ridges. I love hiking all day without actually leaving the site. Many special plants and animals here; I enjoy the nightly visits of the hogs; or hunting for crayfish (and set them free again :-)). The pitches are huge and the views of Lodeve are lovely. Sam (9 y) loves the place and plays all day with other kids. There is no kids animation; but who needs that when there is plenty to be discovered? We also see that the teenagers hang out together in a very relaxed and positive atmosphere. I enjoy the weekly petanque tournament and the occasional 'fete'. Here I get the chance to really relax; enjoy time and my family; and actually read a book. Have you ever had the pleasure of 'deja vue' after a long and happy day? The pool is pleasantly cool and clean; owing to the fresh water coming from the Domaines own source. Perfect drinking water and no hassle with bottles from the store. Facilities are basic and suffice. Staff seems a bit reserved, but since they grew up here and built the site, I trust that they have a warm heart for it and its visitors. I count myself lucky to have found this enjoyable spot on earth.
