let me introduce you to the “Costalunga Naturist Camp”, located in Sassello (near SAVONA), ITALY. The camp lays on an isolated hill, deep in the green and right at the border with the large “Beigua” Natural Park, at 400 meters above sea level and just at 23 km (30 minutes by car!) from the beaches (between the most beautiful in Italy!).

The Campsite is completely sundried (but all pitches have a fair shading) and enjoys a privileged climate with few rainy days and hot temperatures during the day (record number of sunny days!) but fresh nights thanks to its height (almost no mosquitos).

The Costalunga Naturist Camp is a true oasis of peace, far from the stress of the every-day life, and has human-size dimensions (a completely enclosed naturist area of about 14.000 square metres and +40 large pitches, each 80 square meters, all reached by electricity), which allow to create a relaxed and convivial atmosphere for all guests.

Naturism is, of course, the key-word. We believe in a true, family-oriented and healthy naturism where nudity is expected during the day (weather permitting) by all guests. Our structure is approved and certified by both FENAIT (Italian naturist federation) and INF (International Naturist Federation).

Other features of the camp are:
• 40 pitches for tents, caravans and autocaravans;
• Tents and caravans available for rent;
• Services Area with 10 wc, 10 basins, 8 showers (6 warm, 2 cold), sinks for clothes and dishes;
• Large Parking Area inside the camp;
• Solarium with large swimming pool, deck chairs, sun-umbrellas and tables;
• Volleyball and Table-Tennis Area;
• Playgrounds for kids;
• Snack bar (hot meals served at dinner on the beautiful panoramic terrace with breathtaking view on the valley below);
• Lots of activities can easily be made: hiking on almost infinite trails in the woods (in September the area is famous for mushrooms), bike rides and of course excursions to the many local attractions: we are at only 7 km. from some of the most prestigious areas for wine production such as Langhe and Monferrato. Other popular places are Sassello town (4 km), Aquiterme (renowned for its thermal baths) and the city of Genova. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE THE ONLY NATURIST CAMP IN THE LIGURIA AND TUSCANY REGION!!

In January 2011 the camp has been officially recognized by the “Regione Liguria” authorities and awarded with a two stars classification and a New Management has taken charge of the campsite.
