Ana and Wim are the owners of Lavinia Naturist Resort and could not have been more welcoming. They make everything look effortless (although we know it’s not).

Our spacious villa was well equipped and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed, full size fridge / freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, quality tableware and cutlery and a good selection of sharp knives. The air-conditioned bedroom and bathroom were also or a similar quality. Best of all was the private terrace, complete with sun-loungers and a shaded, patio table and chairs.

Breakfast (ordered from the à la carte menu the day before) was delivered to the villa, every morning and included with fresh, home-cooked bread, eggs cooked to order, plus coffee, orange juice and wonderful yoghurt.

A three-course evening meal is served on 5 nights of the week at the communal table, shared, naked with other guests. Ana, assisted by Haydee and Paula, creates a wonderful and varied menu with many ingredients picked fresh from the on-site vegetable garden. Wim is always on hand to make suggestions from the varied wine list, or a selection of beer or soft drinks.

Around the resort, guests may notice, the beautifully tended gardens, kept clean and tidy by Joey and Jesús, two wonderful swimming pools with plenty of sun-loungers, a hot-tub and sauna. Fast WiFi internet (500mbps), pétanque court, well-stocked honesty bar, book library and selection of board games are also available.

This was our first visit but it won't be our last as we booked two more holidays before we left and can't wait to return.

This was our first visit here, but as soon as we met Wim & Ana we felt relaxed and at home. By the end of the week we felt like we were staying with friends. We stayed in Mirada, and enjoyed the shady terrace for morning breakfast and lunchtime snacks, as well as the easy walk to the lovely pool area, surrounded by beautiful gardens, which are all kept clean and tidy. Some days we had the pool area to ourselves as the other guests were either using the other pool or relaxing in their own villa/ private terrace.
We did enjoy the opportunity to meet up with the other guests, and Wim & Ana for the evening meals, where we all sat together enjoying the lovely food prepared and served by Ana and drinks by Wim. The conversation flowed , and its always interesting to exchange funny stories and experiences with people from other countries. Although the other guests were from Holland and Germany, Wim & Ana always encouraged and helped the conversation to be spoken in English so we could be part of it.
There are 2 evenings when Ana doesn't cook. On the Thursday, we took a trip into Alicante by taxi which Ana booked for us, wandered around the Harbour area and enjoyed a meal in the old town. On the Sunday, Ana provided us with 2 portions of lasagne to simply heat up in our oven( full instructions given) and we enjoyed this on our terrace. It was delicious!
We will be returning for sure to enjoy the relaxing and tranquil atmosphere of this beautiful place.

What a place to stay- all of the villas each have their own individual charm with plenty of space inside and out on the terrace comfortable beds and well furbished with kitchen utensils should you wish to dine in. Should you wish to dine with other guests staying at the resort the host serves an excellent variety of meals up on the terrace with a panoramic views out towards the coast.The gardens and landscape in and around the resort are spectacular , The pool and other outdoor facilities are very good, all in all a friendly and relaxing place to stay.
