29-07-2013White Rose is a very friendly, and well maintained site.
It has a superb pool heated to 30C and Sauna.
There is a super bar serving excellent drinks at very reasonable prices.
The pitches are large and well layed out among a very well managed woodland setting.
Very clean showers and loos.
Handy for visiting York
25-08-2016A well organised and cared for site with extensive grounds near to the M25 and ideal for stop overs for London and the channel ports. Excellent heated covered pool.
25-08-2016This site is located in a very quiet area of rural France. It has the largest and most beautiful ptiches we have encountered on our travels around France. Cycling is wonderful because of the pretty small towns with ancient churches and the very quiet roads. Also naturist walks/runs of at least 5k can be taken around the extensive grounds of the site. There is a very friendly and relaxed feel to this campsite.
25-08-2016A beautiful hilltop site staffed by friendly local naturist volunteers. It has a pleasant reception/cafe with good free WiFi. A very interesting location in the volcanic Auvergne with good clean facilities.
01-07-2016This shared ACSI textile/naturist site has fantastic views from your van over the lake and into the mountains with the busier Naturist part at the top of the site giving the best vista.
Fantastic bike ride on car free dedicated trails and paths around the lake (30km in total).
Also a bargain as we paid 19e per night due to the out of high season ACSI rates.
Sanitary block in the Naturist section is not as palatial as the textile block, but not far to walk anyway.
A steep road leads to the Naturist section.
05-06-2015Kazela is a self contained Naturist site, which is part of a large commercial site on this Southern Peninsula with cooling breezes making it a comfortable stay in hot weather.
Plenty of room with large pitches with electricity and water in both sun and shade. Please note you purists that the toilets and showers are not of the shared variety.
Whereas other sites in Croatia have made great efforts to give easy access to swimming in the sea, Kazela has left the shoreline in its natural state which makes entering the water a little difficult. A friendly atmosphere abounds from the guests, some of whom stay here for the whole season. The town of Medulin is very close to the site for eating out and provisions.
03-06-2015A very large, well maintained and clean camp with lots of trees flora and wildlife although I thought a little expensive at 40 euros a night in early June. Having said that, we had a pitch very close to the sea with stunning views of the Croatian coastline.
Why did I score it only average ? The reasons for this were firstly it was quite noisy when we were there in the day due to motorised traffic on the sea and at night due to a local disco booming away until the early hours. Bring your earplugs ! Also there were quite a few guests wearing clothing when it was 30C during the day although everyone at the sea shore was naked.
Good car free cycle route into Porec (not clearly marked though) and a run or walk around the camp of 2.5k. Great for sea swimming, snorkelling and canoe rides.
All in all, a large, commercial, busy, expensive, noisy and well organised site.
03-06-2015This is probably the quietest site we have ever stayed at.
The highlight of our stay was swimming (wetsuits) across the beautiful clean lake. The surrounding area is stunning and also a paradise for cycling and walking.
Facilities are very clean and well looked after with a good free internet cafe. We paid 22 Euro per night in late May.
28-05-2015A beautiful, quite large, and well maintained and clean site close to the Town centre. Excellent Sauna and 25m Pool. 6 outdoor Badminton Courts which look superb. Lots of permanent caravans in the beautiful gardens and an area for touring vans/motorhomes and tents. Most of all the people were very friendly and helpful. Lots of facilities including a restaurant. These people seem to have it very well organised !
23-05-2015Once again at this very well equipped and clean site in Rural France, within easy reach of Paris.
With the Euro at 1.38 and the use of ACSI card this site was £11.59 per night for a good pitch with electricity.
23-05-2015Very friendly and welcoming people. This site has a super indoor pool and relaxation area which can be accessed all year. Outdoor pool is 17m and heated to 29C.
Large pitches, very quiet especially at night surrounded by beautiful woodland and gardens.
Very handy for trips into London. Station at Rickmansworth. Taxi back £10, available 24/7 from the station. Honesty boxes for ice cream, coffee, tea etc.
22-07-2014This is a very well looked after site with well maintained and clean facilities including a super covered pool.
It is very picturesque with mature trees and shrubs located in the grounds of a stately home
We were made very welcome by everyone we met and parked our camper on lush grass with electric hook up next to the showers which have recently been refurbished. I was told mirrors were being installed soon. (good job I have a good memory for faces).
10-07-2014A veritable paradise exists behind the front gates.
We found excellent , clean facilities and a very affordable cafe/restaurant that lots of the campers tend to use.
1km from the Rhine with lovely bike and walk routes from the camp.
Lots of permanent residents but also great touring facilities.
Only downside is some noise from the local gravel quarry across the road, but the lake at the quarry is used for nude swimming and sunbathing.
10-07-2014A very picturesque and attractive site. Very clean, tidy facilities.
Good facilities for tourers with electric hook up and toilets nearby.
Surprised there was no sauna.
Members make you feel very welcome on arrival.
30-05-2014Very friendly club site with clean facilities. Excellent views of the surrounding area and lots of opportunities for walking in the woods. Good warm swimming pool. This is a very picturesque site with lots of wild flowers.
08-08-2013Forest Club site, very well cared for by the members whose permanent residences are in the majority, some quite palatial.
Efficent and friendly check-in to an average sized pitch with electric.
Plenty to see around the area including the River Seine which nearly encircles the area. Quiet, smooth roads are excellent for cycling. Free ferry across the Seine!
Cheap prices in high season.
Super clean swimming pool
No shop or bread facility.
Little English spoken, but this just adds to the charm of the place.
26-06-2013A high quality site with large pitches and a very friendly welcome.

With the ACSI discount it becomes unbeatable for value.
26-06-2013Very welcoming reception.
Site tiered and not really suitable for motorhomes although the staff do their best to accommodate you.
Pretty views, and great cycling and walking routes.
Local town of Folcalquier worth a visit for the market.
Good takeaway and cheap WiFi.
Excellent clean facilities.
An ACSI bargain in June.
26-06-2013Arrived early June and this site was not ready for business.
It was expensive (no ACSI discounts).
The site and staff were on their own agenda and not that of the customer.
There was no hardstanding for camping cars and caravans.
Toilet blocks and showers were not clean.
The pool was dirty and in the process of being repaired.
On the plus side bread was delivered to your pitch every morning and the site is in a very picturesque location.
26-06-2013Small,peaceful, club run site with a very friendly welcome.
Small level grassy pitches enclosed by hedges.
Very clean and tidy shower and toilet facilities.
The pool is located at a dated Sun Club 100 metres from the site.
Railway runs close by so some train noise at night
Close to Great War battlfields and the town of Armentieres
03-09-2011Probably the friendliest site we have ever stayed on.
Dutch owned with a large Dutch clientelle who seem to live by excellent values without to many rules.
Great lake for outdoor swimming and an excellent 25m pool if you are scared of the fish.
Lots of pitches and space to choose from
Excellent bar with a log fire, great after a Sauna.
All purchases at the bar/shop are put on a tab, what a good idea from the creative and friendly owners
Make a mosaic for 3e with Helga, its great fun.
