08-06-2019We've visited Dolcoed twice...and love it. It is still a "work in progress" but we certainly noticed that.
It's a small site but perfectly formed....spotlessly clean showers and toilets with plenty hot water. Honesty washing machine and tumble drier. Kitchen area for campers, if needed.
There are a couple of self-catering options; a well maintained static, with lovely sitting out area, and a glamping unit. This has recently been finished to an extremely high standard.
There is a social area which includes table tennis, snooker and pool, and a game of table soccer. There is also a big tele and comfy settee
The grounds are immaculate, with plenty of quiet sitting areas. Not far from the site is a pub, serving meals. On weekends local bus travel is free!!
08-06-2019We've been visiting TB, off and on for several years. Noticing change is almost impossible, but that isn't a bad thing.
Massive grounds with walks, sun traps, views and plenty of options for just kicking back.
This is a gem of a place. Wholely concur with the other reviews.
26-08-2014If Carlsberg did naturist sites............
We stayed in 5 naturist sites during our recent summer trip to Denmark and Holland and Solbakken was by far the best.
It is a well run members club with several pitches dedicated to visitors. These pitches give fantastic views over Inderbredning towards Dragerup.. The sunsets are wonderful and many people gather on the cliff top or shore to share the experience.
The toilets and showers are well maintained by members.
The site has a handy shop where you can order fresh bread or have a drink. Members meet up here daily.
26-08-2014Fabulous site just south of Aarhus. Very open feel with great views towards Samso.
Clean toilets and shower area. Lots of communal spaces. Fresh bread and wonderful pastries daily.
There is a lovely walk up around the coast and back down the road into the site. It is only a few KM but it passes a wonderful "fish hut" at Norsemind Havn. Fresh dishes and cold beer!!
26-08-2014Delightful site just outside Aalborg. The site is divided into several areas which are quite sheltered. The showers and toilets are spotlessly clean. There is a small clubhouse with hot tub and sauna.
It was amazingly quiet when we stayed there last month.
13-05-2012Just back from a couple of nights at TNC. Fabulous!!
It was our first proper weekend away in our new campervan and it could only have been improved if the sun had been out a little more and the wind boogared off!
Fantastically well organised members club where the work done by folks there really pays dividends. Spotlessly clean, warm shower and toilet areas and bucketfuls of hot water. A well stocked and extremely reasonable bar.... the bottles I was drinking are dearer in T*sco!!. Hot and cold food available through the day.
If we'd had a reply to an email 5 yaers ago we'd be members by now!
07-05-2012We stayed with Stewart and Jane for 10 days over the Easter weekend 2012. It was our first visit to Portugal and we will definately be back!
We stayed in one of the en-suite rooms by the pool. This was small but perfectly formed, particularly if you are experiencing glorious weather.
Whilst we didn't venture into the pool it looked lovely. There were plenty sun beds and parasols around the pool; as well as a roof terrace. We did utilise the hot tub.... daily; sometimes twice and thrice daily!! The sauna was ingenious and a great facility for late evening recreation.
Breakfast was served between 8.30 and 9.30; with a selection of; cold meats; cheeses; fruits; yoghurts; cereals; toast; jams and preserves; and.....wonderful creamy scrambled eggs!!!
Stewart and Jane were great hosts who made sure we had what we wanted. They organised a lovely trip to Pedro's for a real Portugese experience!!
We would reccomend Casa Amarela.
