Le Colombier

A lovely campsite. July '17 was our second visit to Le Colombier. The pitches are generally very generous. Although the campsite was fairly busy you don't have a feeling of very cramped for space due to the large fields that the pitches surround. The grounds and facilities are all well maintained and clean, there is also an abundance of wildlife in the valley and woodland areas. We found everyone was friendly and helpful whether touring or residential. The same can also be said of the very welcoming staff. We will definitely return again and would recommend this campsite.

Plage Naturiste du Camping la Grande Cosse

This is an ideal site for those who are first time naturist campers. The camp has a very relaxed atmosphere, there is no pressure to take part in any of the organised activities. The pool area is superb and protected from the frequent gusty winds. The naturist beach is large and allows for long walks without the need to clothe. The walk to the near by town is very relaxing, (you need to take clothing for the last 500m or so). If you prepare for the mosquitos, they won't spoil your stay. The reception staff can be slow at times but the booking in and out processes where smooth. Whilst the weather is dry the toilet blocks are always clean, during wet weather the floor gets dirty, caused by wet sand being walked in. The toilet blocks are cleaned a couple of times a day. La Grande Cosse feels like a 3++ star site trying to achieve 4 star status.
