My wife and i rented the chalet.Only to be told that the roof was leaking and there was a spare bed in place. We found out why the door was left open because it smelt damp, the other reason the door was open it was not easy to close due to the fact it required about 10mm removing from the bottom of said door to prevent it rubbing on the step. But the worst thing was the fact the toilet and shower block had not been cleaned for 10 days , taken from there on cleaning rota and only one of two showers worked.

Lovely little club, very friendly and laid back. Clean and tidy, nice little pool. There is a bbq and bonfire every Saturday night which was great fun. Everyone has a cuppa together at 3pm. Made to feel very welcome by Steve and Annette and all the members really. Please ignore the negative reviews about alcohol - yes most people have a beer or two at the weekend but no one is by any means drunk.

We stayed here for 2 nights and were bowled over by the warm welcome and hospitality. Such friendly members! The club was clean and tidy with so many facilities. Great clubhouse and while we were there we attended the weekend bbq. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

We were there in May 2017 and spent a few days there. The club is very friendy and the members treated us very well.Very open and the facilities are excellent. Although the traffic noise is ever preasent we found that it soon blended into the background and we found that it was very like the sea on the shingle and not a problem for us even as we slept in a tent. Overall a wonderful experience and we will be back next time we are in the UK for a longer stay

Good arrival greeting..grounds lovely, noise road awful..good road link to south coast..aug visit..sadly, the ambience of the club something to be desired..un natural behaviour by club members..smoking drinking seems to be the normal by guests..not recommended for children..will not visit again..

Not a pleasant stay to say the least.
Found out their electrical hook up isn't secure or sufficient which we found out the hard way.
Seems to be a big divide between groups too, making it a rather unpleasant environment and to top it off alcohol seems to be the only drink of choice in the afternoons.
A really pitty considering previous reviews.

Our intention was to stay at Apollo for one night but stayed on for two more nights, it was so good. A lovely site with very good facilities and genuinely friendly and welcoming folk. Oh, inexpensive as well.....a great place to visit.

We stayed three nights over a weekend at this club as a base for the London and Brighton WNBRs. Had a lovely stay. The facilities are good quality and very clean. But most memorable was the exceedingly warm welcome extended to us. Highly recommended.
